PTV was a brand of microcar built in Manresa, near Barcelona, by Automoviles Utilitarios S. A.. The name PTV comes from the names of the owners of the company, Perramon, Tacho and Vila.

Maurici Perramon, businessman and habitual client of the Tachó workshop, had faith in the project and together with Josep Vila, who had already collaborated in the construction of the coca, set up a public limited company with Guillem and his brother Antoni to mass produce the PTV 250, the more attractive version of the "coca". In this way, AUSA Center, S.L.U., was created.

The PTV was the second most sold microcar in Spain, beaten only by the Biscúter. Compared to the Biscúter it was more luxurious. It had real doors, two-tone paint, chrom trim and 12 inch wheels.

The first prototype was finished in 1956 and it was powered by a in-house developed rear mounted 250 cc engine giving 13 hp (10 kW) and a top speed of 95 km/h (59 mph). Later it was replaced by a 350 cc engine.

1100 units were sold.
The PTV was marketed all over Spain. Soon they could be seen everywhere, even in sports competitions and in films of the era. It was a fast car, solid and reliable. A postcard was received from Berlin in which a happy owner described the excellent performance of his car during the journey.

When the Fiat 600 started being license built in Spain as SEAT 600, sales dropped and the company folded.
